Lots of bug fixes. 1.1.6fix3 was supposed to be the last pre-1.2.0
release, but they decided to release a new one with fixes and
performance improvement. They promise 1.2.0 is around the corner.

1.1.6fix4 still has those bugs with tables (a "leftover" from the switch
to a GUI-independence codebase as they are trying to get away from
XForms), so if you're still at 1.1.5*, don't move yet. 1.2.0 will
address it all (but those fixes couldn't be merged back into 1.1.6) ;-P

For those that don't know, LyX is a WYISIWYM (...what-you-MEAN) GUI
front-end for, largely, the 23-year old LaTeX document typeset system,
and does a few other goodies (basic DocBook/SGML, Linux man pages,
etc...). The power of LyX is that is draws on TeX, a combined
content/stylesheet language that can basically be converted to/from just
about any other markup/stylesheet. It is in heavy use by technical
organizations the AMS and IEEE, because of its professional publication
capabilities from the pre-DTP (desktop publishing) days. If you write
in LaTeX, you can create just about anything -- including, my favorite,
fully hyperref/bookmarked PDFs (with 0 effort).
