FYI ...

- SSH is the direct replacement for RLOGIN/RSH/REXEC
- SCP is the direct replacement for RCP
- SFTP is the direct replacement for SFTP

By "direct" replacement, I mean you can symlink the latter to the
former and it will work as the latter.

Telnet was designed as a "narrowed access" replacement for the
RLOGIN-series.
