[KLUG Members] remote monitoring

Looking for remote monitoring/testing package.  Our web server didn't
replicate to the RS6000 last night, so data was unavailable.  I want a
package to not just dummy ping a machine,but to look for a specific page
and possibly a specific part number just to be sure the
network/webserver/database server are all working.  I want to be paged,
faxed, emailed, cell phone when it goes down.

(don't want to have to buy What's Up Gold)

Also, what folder do I dump TTF files from windows, so I can use those
fonts in Gnome?
