Hey there,

Thanks again to everyone who chimed in. I ended up writing a perl script
to accomplish the task of working an exported data file to ldif and bat
files. The examples sent along were very helpful. 

If anyone is interested in seeing it, and seeing conclusively that I am
not a programmer :) , I can post it to my website after genericizing it.

Thanks again for all the help and pointers. I definitely learned from
this one.
