Not sure if this will work, but maybe worth a try. This might be a file
that you need to execute to extract. I don't the file, but I've similar
things.

chmod +x rip-52.iso.bin
./rip-52.iso.bin

That MIGHT get you the iso file that you can subsequently create a CD
from. YMMV.
