Every time I access a website with java, I get a popup alert that asks if
I want to download java. When I select yes, it takes me to a Netscape
website but the link to download does not work in Galeon.
I started to look for alternative sites but I am getting confused, there
is Java Development Kit, Java Runtime Environment and Java Virtual
Machine. I want the one that will act as a plug-in for Galeon for web
surfing.
Can anyone point me to a site to download java and give me some advice as
to which one I need? Also the procedure to install, is it just an rpm
that will automatically set up Galeon to use it, or do I have to configure
Galeon to point the java file?
