No. Here's "TheBS' Guide To Linux Cert" ...

The Linux+ and LPIC are vendor-neutral, although you'll find a slight
RPM-based distro bias in areas. RHCE is, of course, RedHat-centric.

There are a select few others too -- also all Computer-based Tests. All
of the Computer-based Tests can be administered by just about _any_
organization that specializes in such with a minimum wage Proctor. ;-P
E.g., Prometric: http://www.2test.com

RedHat's is administered to by a select group of RHCE/trainer
individuals. RedHat's NC campus offers it continually, but they also
have traveling locations and select 3rd parties. To find a
location/date, go to the RHCE page and select a program. E.g., RH300
(RH301 crash course + RH302 test) has a location/date selection form at
the bottom:
http://www.redhat.com/training/rhce/courses/rh300.html

RHCE training is recommended _beyond_ the crash course if you have less
than 2.5-3 years experience. They are _very_serious_ about this -- it's
not "fluff."

$149-199 for Linux+. That covers you and the computer you use to take
it. ;-PPP

If you mean "what's on the test," see the CompTIA Linux+ page above.
