	<banging head>I have a dsl connection coming in with a DSL
router that forwards to the webserver. I just set it up to also forward
https, pop and smtp to a linux box. Everything seems to be set up
right, but every email sent to the domain nsr-online.org gets bounced
back. I ran a portscanner real quick to see if smtp was running on the
linux box. Yup. I then scanned the router and it did not pick up port
25.
	At first, I thought AHA! I found it. But when I scan the
external ip address it DOES receive port 25. Perplexing. I have been
scratching my head for 3 hours on this. and then DUH! I think to check
the name resolution. Because I have not yet setup a DNS server here, I
have been using the DNS servers of my domain registrar (dotearth).
	Telnetting out to Internet and back to port 25, I could manually
send mail to the system. So I guess it is the MX record not being
propagated around (I set it up Thursday).
      </banging head>
	How can I check that DNS servers have that MX record? On Windoze
pc's I used SamSpade for stuff like that. What util do I need? It can
run on Linux or Windoze.
