Thanks for the help in getting mySQL up and running yesterday.  

I am trying to setup phpwebsite, which is similar to PHP-Nuke, and probably 
similar to other php content management programs.  The config file asks for a 
mySQL Server Host.  I am using a web host server (Apache), my database is 
created and I can access it with ssh.

Does the mySQL Server Host line in config.php refer to a path to the mySQL 
server?

I have been trying various paths and url's for the mySQL Server Host, but 
nothing seems to work.  When I run the phpwebsite/setup/, I get errors: 
Unknown mySQL Server Host.

Do I need to use a path or a url in the config file?
