I'm still looking for more info, but does my initial translation of this
imply that this is some government requirement that anyone who distributes
their software, and gets any form of money from it, has to to have some
kind of standard copy protection??? And would this requirement say that
they can't export it?? Or import software that doesn't have copy
protection???
