I've got 2. I have an Intel USB from their "Create & Share" pack that I
haven't gotten working. It's got a beta driver for its chip that's
something like spc5a on freshmeat. I doubt it's the driver's fault I
didn't get it working, though. It wasn't until I started playing with
camera #2 that I got the USB modules compiled properly.
The camera I'm using is a 3Com HomeConnect USB that also has a beta driver,
but it seems to be advancing toward stability a lot quicker. It's a
high-quality camera capable of 640X400 I think, but the driver currently
supports only one resolution: 512X242.

I've had both cameras for a while now, so I can't say anything about price.
Check http://chinchillacam.dynip.com if anybody wants to see this work in
progress.
