Not without a few issues here and there.  Of course RedHat is including
a lot of the Gnome 1.4 stuff in 7.3 now.

No.  You can try rebuilding from Ximian SRPMS or tarballs.  I'm just
going to wait on the release, and save myself the trouble.

Of course, you could just do an RPM upgrade from RedHat 7.2 to 7.3 and
upgrade only what you need.  I do this all the time as long as the major
version number is the same (e.g., any 7.x to any 7.y).
