I've not used Partition Magic, but I do use System Commander 7.0 by v-com,
www.v-com.com is their web site..check it out. System Commander includes
their partiotion commander, along with a full "system". So when you boot
up it goes past the BIOS settings and IT becomes the Master Boot Record,
MBR allowing you to boot into 'whatever' OS you want, OR you can choose to
add a new OS with their wizard. The Operating System menu is quite
extensive, and include a multitude of different Linux distributions, such
as Red Hat, Mandrake, SuSe, Debian, etc etc. I would have to check on the
ability to boot using your RAID array, and whether it makes a difference in
Stipping, Mirroring, or Stripping+Mirroring in it's set up. I'll take a
look and get back with you one some more info. In the mean time, go to
their web site and take a look at it. It might have the info you are
looking for there.

Later.
BTW this "System Commander 7.0 is XP compatible, and fairly inexpensive, and
found at Staples store in Holland.. maybe other places as well.
