No, "ls -lu"  Last time the file was accessed, it didn't change.

I did check /var/log/maillog, but we were both barking up the wrong tree.  I
didn't want 'notifications', I wanted 'loginfo'.  An issue of my wetware seeing
a term and jumping to conclusions rather than dilligently parsing the documentation.
