If KLUG can make use of that donation -- I've got a few extra SCSI
cables and terminators, and I'll donate whatever I can to help make
the connection. They're mixes of 25- and 50-pin only, I'm afraid
(no 68-pin). Excess accrual from early-'90s Macs :)

BTW, if KLUG is in need of equipment or monetary donations, I don't
see anything about it on the website (after clicking around for a
few minutes). I assume that, still, the bulk of KLUG's need is in
thinkeffort and beingthere, but if there's any need for other, more
tangible quantities, someone let us know.

I've been wondering for a while -- would it be valuable for KLUG to
have one or two low-end machines with largish (17"+) monitors, to
bring in to meetings? It might be valuable to have (1) unimportant
test-beds, to show newbies the installation process for whatever
distro they want to see installed, and/or (2) a machine that is
sitting around ready, at every meeting, in case a presenter suddenly
gets the urge to show a live demo of some particular software.
