Not bad, that is fairly recent.  Is it a decent box?

Holy crap!  I hope your site generates TONS of traffic.  You've got 
this jacked into a T3 or metropolitan ethernet?  If it is plugged into 
a lowly T1 I'm gonna fall off my chair laughing.  Holy crap! 

Your using both SQL 7 and SQL8, both? Why? (Might explain the 1gb of RAM).

Your running IIS on the same box as M$-SQL server?  Have you port scanned 
this guy from the outside world?

Did some consultant make mad kick back on the hardware referral for this 
job?  PowerVault boxes aren't cheap,  or weren't the last time I checked 
(these are the rack mounted front hot-swap drive units, yes?).
