Nah, the ATAPI bus is SO SLOW on these things it doesn't much matter

A modern 2.4.x based distro simply isn't going to run on these boxes. But
with a moderately decent video card they can be strapped to a more
powerful box and used as LTSP (X) clients giveing you a nice modern
desktop. ou won't ant to do intense graphics stuff but e-mail & work
processing shouldn'tbe bad.

I wouldn't bother to buy monitors to hook these up, but you might as well
use what you have.
