[KLUG Members] note on charter cable isp connections

I've asked around and found that there isn't any requirement of purchasing
a router or professional installation through us. Linux boxen w/ PPOE
clients can be used to connect. Obviously our support staff won't be
much help in how to install a PPOE client in Debian 2.2r6 or how to
recompile your kernel to do NAT & IP firewalling. ;)

While I can't say we will never put up filters, I seriously don't see it
happening. The only times I can see reasons for disabling an account are
for the usual - non payment, open relay SMTP, spamming, 31337 h4x0riNg, etc.

Availability can be found here:

As far as costs go...I'm the Linux guy. ;) If you're interested call
1-888-64-ISERV. It might be a good idea to ask to speak to Brent (he
works days and knows the most about our DSL offerings). Tell him you're
calling from the KLUG. :)

<Jeez...I better go wash up now...I feel like a marketing person>
