Yes, that works.

Anyway, the 'lowest end' connection they sell with a static IP is -
Speedpath 768 Office Plus
"For $64.95 per month, SpeedPath 768 OfficePlus offers fast, unlimited 
access for multiple computers and 5 static Internet Protocol (IP) 
addresses. A one-time Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) charge of $378 for 
a DSL router, a $250 installation fee*, and a $50 activation fee are 
required."

Thats a $678 installation charge!  The $64.95 a month isn't bad.  What 
(&$*(@ part of configuring a point-to-point circuit costs $300 (250 + 50)?  
Gosh, the phone line is ALREADY HOOKED UP!  All the customer has got to 
do is plug in the bloody DSL device.   But at least they're only charging 
you $378 for what they claim is a $600 dollar router. :)  I can get quite 
a bit of router-power on e-bay for $600!
