It does not use an ODBC driver to connect to the DB4
environment... if you upload it to an SQL database
then yes I would have to use an ODBC driver.

I mean either OS9 or OSX.. currently the company that
produces the software does not support OSX so
hopefully if I can get it to run in Linux I could
possibly get it to go in OSX.

File locking may be native but for a MAC OS
environment the executables have to remained locked at
all times otherwise the software becomes a single user
application sitting on the network.
