[KLUG Members] Looking for an address book ...

I'm looking for a simple application that stores names, addresses, 
phone numbers, etc. and allows printing reports and address LABELS.

Searching through freshmeat turns up a lot of address book programs, 
but none seem to print reports or labels.

I'm not opposed to writing something, but I'm not sure the "best"
way to do this.

Is this easily doable with OpenOffice with a database backend?
Or should I need to think about PHP or Tk/TCL or ...... ?
