   The ONLY drawback... the ups would keep beeping while the power was off...
REALLY inconvient when you have to get up to supress the alarm just forthe
clock.... Thyen the power comes on and back off again.... reset the alarm....

   You get the idea... It was wiser overall to replace the battery..... :-O
