Scrollkeeper is the GNOME help system.  It is attempting to
index/register the available help documents,  and either paths are
wrong, files are missing, or your XML parser installation is hosed. 
Probably one or both of the first two possibilites.

Re-install scrollkeeper is what I would try.

Help won't bring anything up?
