This past weekend I sold off a bunch of my older train stuff to upgrade my
computer. I't presently a PII-233 w/ 128mb of ram. I'm fixing to take it home
and turn it into an LTSP server w/ 3 maybe 4 workstations. Obviously, a 233
aint gonna cut it.

on package2you.com they have got a nice IBM Intellistation PII-450 DUEL cpu
system w/ SCSI 9g and 128mb of ram for $179. I still need to buy the 2nd cpu
($40) so that's not an issue. That gives me basically 900 mhz of speed.

OR am I better off getting a single 1gig system.

This is where my question comes in.

What are you guys using at home? CPU speed / FSB bus speed?

   Thanks...

   Goose
