Intellistations are GREAT machines, we run them as servers at work!

For a personal desktop, I'd get 1G machine.  For a server with a lot of
users, I'd get the SMP.

I've used both on my desktop, and I find it hard to utilize both CPU's
of a SMP machine when I'm the only user, so I get a bigger bang for a
single fast CPU.

I really hope all 220+ users on this list don't reply to this!!!
It could get annoying real fast!  Please send your replies privately to
Mr. Zimmerman, unless you have some advice that would benefit everyone
about SMP.  This thread should have been posted originally on the
hardware list.
