[KLUG Members] Directory Permissions Questions

Hey everybody.

First of all, I want to let everybody know that this is Wes.  I decided to
setup a separate email box/address on my server just for KLUG stuff.
Anyway, on to my question!

I once heard of a certain way to chmod a directory so that any file
created in that directory was automagically owned by the directory owner. 
Can somebody refresh me on how to do that?!
