[KLUG Members] Cable/DSL?

I have a question about cable/DSL in the BC area.

It seems that AT&T has cable service in the area where I am going to be
relocating. I have heard mixed messages about their network's
reliability (in other areas). Do any list members know if AT&T is dependable? Is DSL widely available there? I checked dslreports.com and distances from the CO don't seem to be available (although it indicates that the CO facilities exist for dsl).

Any help/advice would be appreciated. BTW, I understand this is a
Kalamazoo list, if this is off topic, I apologize and would appreciate a
pointer to a more appropriate resource if one exists.
