If you mean the one discussed at a "Volunteers Meeting" about the same
time as the fall of the Crimean empire then yes.  But nobody took the
helm, and it just kind of faded away.

But it still sounds like a good idea.

Project Trojan - Assembling an ISO image of various Open Source tools
compiled to run on the proprietary Microsoft Windows operating system.

Are you volunteering to be the project leader?
