I think you mean the Outlook address book export files can be csv.  They're normally .wab
which is some sort of binary.

The csv files do not contain group information.  The program mentioned in your e-mail
also only uses text-based files (tab separated) and so I don't think would have the group
information.

I've already done it the old way, but was thinking there should be an easier one.
