[KLUG Members] OpenOffice 1.0.3

OpenOffice 1.0.3 is now available on CD from KLUG as the KLUG Office CD.
It contains the OpenOffice binaries for Linux and Win32 both, as
downloaded from OpenOffice.org.  (no Redhat RPM's).

I'm also dropping SOT office from the KLUG office CD as of this version.
