Pretty easy. Install and run, for the most part. It's got some funky 
settings that you won't need. All you really need to do is run default 
settings and use your SSH tunnel.  I can provide more assistance if 
necessary, but inasmuch as I don't have many windows boxes around anymore, 
I might be a touch rusty.
