[KLUG Members] Can't connect to localhost

I'm trying to install a PHP frontend GUI for MySQL called dadabik.  To
install you run "http://localhost/my_dadabik/install.php".  Problem is
that I can't connect to "localhost".  localhost is in my /etc/hosts file
and I can ping it.  I haven't had this issue before and I don't have a
clue as how to diagnose why I can't connect to local host.  Any help is
much appreciated.  Thanks
