[KLUG Members] Fwd:Position of Desktop Icons SuSE8.2 KDE 3.1.1

This will be very useful for two of the three user accts on the box, but the
little green indicator did not apply itself to my primary acct.  I thought
it was weird that it didn't show up there, but now I may need to find a way
to get there so I can make this change.  Any ideas.

PS This was an upgrade from 8.1(not a clean install). With this one
exception, It went easily and quickly.  Very nice overall.
