What can I say, I'm a fabulous guy.

This is permitted in the Speakeasy user license, and it has been
reiterated by their CEO himself.

I'm all for the rule of law, I don't have any bootlegged software,
etc... But that is just damn stupid, they can kiss my a$$.

Again, nothing iptables can't cure. It supports bandwidth
prioritization,  so if there is contention I'll win.  But I don't think
there will really be a flood of use, it is a pretty geek-free zone.
