[KLUG Members] Tools for Migrating C/C++ Application from Solaris to Linux

Hi,
We are planning to do a research project where we would migrate a C/C++
Application from Solaris to Linux. Is anyone familar with any tools that
are
available for the same?
I don't have any requirements at this point. I am just trying to find
information on the tools. I have done a google, but the resultset is too
huge and did nt get much information from the links that I checked.

I have looked at  Solaris compatible threads library for helping with
Solaris system calls, but i have not been able to get it to work with my
system.
