Nice article. 

Enabling Web-DAV isn't a problem.  That takes about 5 minutes.  We'd
need a Db->iCAL proxy to either produce the file or answer the request. 
There is iCAL support in PHP.  I'd bet a decent PHP programmer could
whip up a nice module for that in no time.  If someone hasn't already.
