Greetings

I want to start another gdm-kdm war.  I am using gdm and am getting the
following error on clients.

XDMCP fatal error.  Session declined, Maximum number of opn sessions
from your host is reached.  The following is my xdmcp settings in
gdm.conf, this is after doubling about everything for the fourth time:

[xdmcp]
Enable=true
HonorIndirect=true
MaxPending=88
MaxPendingIndirect=64
MaxSessions=1024
MaxWait=30
MaxWaitIndirect=30
DisplaysPerHost=1
Port=177

Searching google I found multiple recommendations to switch to kdm to
solve this.

? How to I use kdm to start a gnome session?  (because I have clients in
a gnome prison)
