I thought that kdm [and probably gdm too] had an option to ask at each
logon for the wm of choice. Just checked on a Mandrake box, sure enough, I
could launch gnome, kde, blackbox, twm, and some others from kdm. I have
to assume that gdm has this option somewhere as well, but I really try to
not use any of them.
