I don't use the Goldmine except to maintain it, so I don't know really
what features are *KEY*.

There seem to be many CRM systems floating about on freshmeat (how many
suck I don't know).

I'm hoping to knock Goldmine off our network with OpenGroupware. It has
basic contact management, a forms api for extending it, and it supports
Palm syncing. Contacts can have custom attributes, be associated with
multiple enterprises, have multiple addresses, all modifications to a
contact are logged. ACLs can be applied to contact information.
Calendar events and/or projects can be associated with contacts, again
with ACL support over viewing and modification.
