altnamespace is used primarily where you have a variety of questionable
IMAP clients (Eudora most notable), that totally vomit without it
enabled.

I thought SIEVE scripts always used true addressing when specifying
mailbox delivery paths, etc... but I could be wrong.

Very cool trivia fact - In Cyrus 2.2.x (in beta now) SIEVE scripts are
actually compiled!
