[KLUG Members] T4000 drive issue

First of all, if this is too simple an issue, I'd be happy to move it to
Novices.

That said, I'm having troubles getting my RedHat 9 box to recognize a T4000
tape drive on a SCSI card.  I'm not even sure what info you need to know to
help, but I've included the output of dmesg and the contents of
/proc/scsi/scsi.  Any ideas?
