I got around this weekend to releasing some software I wrote.  It does
exactly this and gives much more detail.  Let me know if there are any
issues with compiling or running.  Someone has already told me that it
segfaults on debian systems.  I'm looking for a debian system to test it
on.  Any volunteers?
