I think Bill is right. Pivot Table in Excel will probably do what you 
want to do. I can never seem to get it right the first time though...it 
usually takes a few times dragging and dropping the data around in the 
wizard to make it look the way you want.

Does OOO have an equivalent functionality? I just scratch loaded this PC 
and can't check, but I can tomorrow.
