[KLUG Members] Wine and LAN Party

I was at the computer show in kzoo today, and ran into the LUG table,
good job guys!

I was telling the guy there (Sorry, I don't remember your name) about
this http://www.jasnetworks.net/powertower
and thought it would be cool if the KLUG was there. AMD and ATI will be
there (We can bug them about Linux support!).
Anyway, I know the guy hosting it, and can make room you the table and
what not if it's something worth doing.

And now fo the question:

I'm trying to run some windows audio apps under wine (ACID, WaveLab and
FruityLoops). I can get FruityLoops to work, but no sound. ACID opens,
but crashes as soon as I move the mouse. This would be the first time
I've tried using wine, and windering if there are any obvious things I'm
missing thats causing the apps to crash. I thought I'd try Kazaa while I
was at it, but that wont open either.
