Seems a lot to be asking about a respondent's equipment when you're
supposedly just asking how to improve your own product. It looks more to
me like a 'help us target you better' marketing survey than any
legitimate bridge-building attempt. Whether anyone believed otherwise
even before seeing the survey is another question.

I didn't bother asking/offering to take the survey. I get more than
enough spam as it is.
