[KLUG Members] Remote KVM switch control?

I've seen advertised a piece of hardware that connects into an existing
KVM switch which you give an IP address on your network (and/or hook to
a modem) allowing full remote control (down to the BIOS level) of all
computers hooked to the KVM. They look very cool.

The problem is I've never seen one of these that I'd call "affordable".
I'm not going to talk my boss into writing a capital expenditure
(required for items greater than $1000) for these things.

Has anyone run across something like this for under $1000? URL?
Any personal experience with them? If so, how well do they work?
