Reinstall.  No wait, that's windows.  :-)

Boot up a standalone Linux system on CD or floppy (tomsrootbt, knoppix,
demo linux, linuxcare bbc, hpa's superrescue, ....)  mount your root
filesystem, and manually edit /etc/passwd and/or /etc/shadow.
