XP Home can't join a domain (cannot express domain credentials) so I'm not
certain to what extend sign-n-seal even applies to a XP Home.  Unless they
cryptographically seal password exchanges in peer to peer [workgroup] mode -
which would be wierd and pointless, to say the least.  But I've never worked
with Homey XP personally, so I can't say for sure.
