Hi all,

I need some advice about secure mail servers. What is the best way to go
to create a secure mail server?

I already tried to setup a server with cyrus-imap. Created even some
keys but found out (to late) that Mozilla does not support the key types
used. Finally after running out of time I reinstalled the server with
the default imap and sendmail daemons. (Could not get ssl out of the
system).

So, back were I started. :-( . Now still with not that many time
available I first want to seek out some possibilities.

What is the best way to go? I need a mail-server that does not use plain
text password and can talk to any email-client. Not necessary all the
clients use the same kind of encryption, even some types may do without,
but Mozilla should be using it.

For what I have seen of evolution I am impressed. Can this play any role
in a mail server? Has anyone ever tried to run evolution over LTSP and
LTSP over ssl and/or vpn. It apears to my that most outlook users only
use it for its aganda. You can't run evolution inside a browser do you?

Thanks,

Bert.
