I'm looking for the last step in the MTA chain.  I am using 
fetchmail -> postfix -> amavis/spamassassin -> procmail -> Maildir.

Now I just need a POP3 server to enable my wife and son to get their
cleaned, scrubbed, and filtered email into an unmentionable MUA.

What POP3 servers do you use and recommend?  Constraints are:

Can read Maildirs
Low bandwidth
Low memory usage
Few users
Internal network
Simple config (no need for virtual users/domains, encryption, SQL lookups)

Here are a few that might fit the bill:

courier
pop3lite
popa3d
popd
qpopper
solidpop3d
teapop
vm-pop3d

Anyone been using one of these?
